1.Vehicle classification for two-wheeled vehicle assembly line:
- Motorcycle: Including complex power components such as engines and exhaust systems, the production cycle is about 30-60 minutes.
- Electric two-wheeled vehicle: The core is the motor, battery, and controller , and the production cycle is about 20-40 minutes.
- Bicycle: No power system, mainly mechanical structure, and a production cycle of about 10-25 minutes.
2.Key equipment in the two-wheeled truck assembly line:
- Transportation equipment: Suspension chains are used for frame transportation, and ground rail lines are used for parts transportation, realizing the circulation of parts and semi-finished products and improving production efficiency.
- Welding equipment: Robot welding arms and spot welding machines realize high-precision welding of frames and components. Compared with manual welding, robots can ensure uniform welding points and stable strength, and reduce manual errors.
- AGV: Instead of manual handling, parts (such as tires, seats, and batteries) are delivered to the assembly station according to a preset path to improve space utilization.
- Testing equipment: torque wrench (bolt tightening), dynamometer (motor/engine), exhaust gas analyzer (motorcycle) to ensure that off-line vehicles comply with national regulations and corporate standards.
