New breakthrough in automobile manufacturing: flexible production lines achieve mixed-flow production of multiple models

Each workstation is equipped with a visual recognition device to automatically identify the vehicle model and call the corresponding assembly parameters and process procedures. The supporting intelligent logistics system uses AGV and RFID technology to realize accurate distribution and full traceability of parts and components, ensuring material collaboration in the mixed production of multiple models. At the same time, the automobile production line integrates a real-time data collection and analysis platform, which can dynamically monitor the status of each workstation, production efficiency and quality indicators. Through data modeling, production beats and resource scheduling are continuously optimized, so that the overall production capacity is increased by more than 25% compared with traditional production lines., equipment utilization increased by 30%.
